In the world of Human Resources and employee management it is rare to find an HR professional with real life business ownership, organizational development and operational experience, dealing with employees at all levels of their careers. 

Having owned and lead a number of businesses in her career - including one of Canada's Top Restaurants Tapas -  Wendy has hands on experience with hundreds of her own employees and understands what it takes to keep them happy, engaged and how to minimize turnover.

Additionally she has administered group health benefits and RRSP plans, administered payroll and accounting in companies ranging in size from multi-nationals to small business enterprises.

Wendy has a degree in Education and continues to have impact through her teaching of business owners and students at Bow Valley College in Calgary.  

She has been a corporate trainer and has experience teaching adults in a realm of industries including professionals, medical and oil and gas.

When Wendy is not busy helping businesses, you can find her with her two Irish Setters exploring the urban areas of Calgary.

Sabrina is a people development leader with 16 years of experience focussing on personnel improvement. This has translated into positive direct impacts to the bottom line of the companies for which she has worked. Her specializations are in performance management, learning and development, quality assurance and cost optimization. She has a global perspective and has delivered the benefits of her talent to companies in four different continents and five different countries working in various sectors including banking and energy as well as in tourism and construction.

Sabrina holds a degree in Psychology, a degree in Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management. These credentials have served her well and align with her proven successful approach. She believes in fostering an environment where people can learn and grow and make meaningful difference to the organization and has demonstrated that this is key for organizations in achieving tangible results.

People development is Sabrina's passion. She is a candidate for a master’s program in Industrial and Organizational Psychology to further advance her skills.

She motivates people to want to achieve better results and enables them to develop a growth mindset and make meaningful difference to organizations through care and passion.

Accounting and Payroll Administrator Diploma

For 15 years, Emma has worked with small to medium sized businesses to stay on top of their bookkeeping and fine tune their processes and procedures. One of Emma's greatest drivers is being able to see a client's business become better and stronger through the use of Emma's knowledge and expertise. She believes in leveraging software to help businesses streamline their processes and procedures.

Emma was the brains behind ProHiring|365 and her determination and personality make her a natural fit as a Recruiter.

Emma is passionate about giving back to her community. She is currently the Vice President of Northwest Canadian Greyhound League (a Non Profit Greyhound Rehoming Group). She also crochets hats for infants at the NICU at Rockyview General Hospital.
