With years of experience in HR consulting and recruiting, Wendy has built a reputation for her expertise and dedication to client success. As the CEO and Founder, she leads the team with a commitment to excellence and a passion for connecting the right talent with the right opportunities

In the world of Human Resources and employee management it is rare to find an HR professional with real life business ownership, organizational development and operational experience, dealing with employees at all levels of their careers.
Having owned and lead a number of businesses in her career - including one of Canada's Top Restaurants Tapas - Wendy has hands on experience with hundreds of her own employees and understands what it takes to keep them happy, engaged and how to minimize turnover.
Additionally she has administered group health benefits and RRSP plans, administered payroll and accounting in companies ranging in size from multi-nationals to small business enterprises.
Wendy has a degree in Education and continues to have impact through her teaching of business owners and students at Bow Valley College in Calgary.
She has been a corporate trainer and has experience teaching adults in a realm of industries including professionals, medical and oil and gas.
When Wendy is not busy helping businesses, you can find her with her English and Irish Setters exploring the urban areas of Calgary.
