How does it work?

  • πŸ”Ž The Candidate sees your job posting on a job board or social media. They select it and go over to your career page where they submit a resume and anything else you require.

  • πŸ“ After the candidate applies, they will be redirected to a page asking pre screening questions.

    These questions are to help collect more data on the candidate. i.e. for a Driver position, you may want to ask "Do you have a clean Driver's Abstract?"

  • πŸ”Š If the candidate passes your pre screening question, they will be redirected to an area to record audio answers to interview questions you ask. They will also receive an email if they want to complete this step at a better tim.e

  • πŸ‘ Only candidates who are truly interested and qualified will make it this far in the process. Once they make it here, you are notified to review and rate them using a quick thumbs up or thumbs down.

Candidates are automatically deselected 3 times.

  • Only candidates truly interested will complete pre screening questions

  • Only qualified candidates will pass your pre screening questions.

  • Only interested and qualified candidates will choose to complete the audio interview questions.
